Not a single Technician who can detect the fault

Sir, It was horrible experience with LG since the day I purchased your product (LG TV 21 FU6RG3T8 now under AMC)till date(Last complain No.RNA120827089363 dated 27.08.2012) because I thought a big band like you must believe in fair customer services but my Experience were completely wrong.
It is very much annoying that every time I had to lodge a complain for same fault and your attended technician could not detect the cause of the fault. Although they tried their best and replaced / repaired some of the parts which they think could be cause of the fault. But ultimate result is nil. The inside TV card board was taken to the service center By TV Technician and kept their for more than one month by your regional service centre- Maximo at Garia,Kolkata but no correction had been done. Sir What a joke ? recently your company is awarded with most trusted consumer durable brand of India , but you have not a single Technician/Engineer in your company who can detect the cause of the fault and also there is non-availability of faulty part (Original) even after 3 months. If you are unable to repair faulty product then what is the mean of AMC. You must refund the AMC amount , so that I can scrap this 21 ” CTV and purchase any other company brand.
