noone is taking responsibility, have not received the delivery

a courier was send from ASSAM to KOLKATA on 4th august which is showing delivery date of 7th per website but havenot received till date.so I called DTDS phone no that I have for ASSAM,they gave me another phone no for KOLKATA,when I called the given phone no I was told they cannot help for my location and gave another phone no, when I called the 3rd no again I was told that it is an old consignment showing delivery date in there system I have to call another no.called the 4th no but line busy for so long.
