Non transfer of PF to new PF account

Location/place: NOIDA

Name of company/service: EPFO, RO, Gurgaon

I had sent the request to Transfer my old account PF balance to new accont 8 months back. After not receiving any confirmation from EPFO, Gurgaon, I had sent an online reminder on 31/01/12 but till now no responce has come from there side. I need Help.
