Non settlement of claims

We had transported ourhousehold goods from Bangalore to Secunderabad through Agarwal Packers & Movers, having their corporate office at 3rd Floor, Kabra Complex, 61-M.G.Road, Secunderabad 500003, Andhra Pradesh , India. The details are given below.

As per the agreement, they were supposed to unpack the goods at the premises in Secunderabad after unloading. Nobody came to unload depite repeated reminders over phone.
When we lost the hope , we ourselves unpacked the goods.
We found that there have been lot of breakages – glassware, wooden shelves & some gift articles.
When we approached them through phone on phone, on many phone nos, talked to several people there, but no positive response.
After one month of persistent efforts from our side, one of their customer care guy named Ashish visited our house & accepted orally that these claims will be settled in 2 days. This was about 3 weeks ago.
Now the situation – no one has come to repair as promised, or settle the claim as promised & no response to our phone calls.
This is very frustrating & has put us in absolute loss.\
This company claims to be an ISO CERTIFIED etc, but its behaviour & actions do not match their so called “reputation”.
We want the honourable consumer court to bring this company to justice & help us to settle the claim.
