We had given one laptop for repair on 6th October, 2010(details attached). After a week we received a mail from service centre and had asked for approval of quotation for parts replacement which was approved immediately. However, this was still delayed stating replacement received by service centre was faulty and not the one they had asked for. Again we had to wait for another week and now they are still unable to rectify the problem. We had asked the laptop be returned without repair but the service centre manager said this would be given positively by Monday 25th October at any cost. Since Monday our field staff is visiting your centre but asking them to wait for 1 – 2 hours which is happening on daily basis. Today they are denying to return the Laptop even without repairing. We don’t understand what kind of Service Centre personnel’s you have behaving irresponsibly. We want this laptop at any cost and today itself. We want an immediate action on this.
