Name of company/service: National Insurance
I have my Car Insurance from National Insurance Company (No 4730 in the name of Rakesh Sharma). There is a claim pending for last 5 months.Firstly the surveyer did not submit the report for 2-3 months. After repeated calls reminders – , he has told that he has submitted the report – only God knows.
I have been trying to followup with National Insurance Rohini Office, Jhandewalan Office – they are so non-concerned about their customers that 1. The call is not picked up at all. If they pick up, they disconnect or transfer to someone who never picks up. I could speak to one official in cliams, got the assurance that I will be updated, but no update. I am in a fix how to take up my genuine claim with National Insurance Company.
