From ‘dealsand you’ website, I booked the following items on confirmed payment through Credit Card: –
Order No. 637775 (Memory Card Reader) for Rs. 249/- booked on 10/06/2012
Order No. 652206 (Galaxy Wall Clock) for Rs. 305/- booked on 16/06/2012.
Having not received the items after considerable period of time, I e-mailed deals and you (Ticket No. 324523).
Again after waiting for a few days, I talked with their Customer Care Executive over telephone (Conversation Id. 333338 dt. 28/06/2012). One Ms. Kabita (M- 9830557229) called me from their Kolkata Office only to deceive me because she intentionally refused to take my calls afterwards when I tried to contact her on 11/07/2012.
On 11/07/2012, I talked with one Manish at their customer service (Complaint No. 365068) for about 20 minutes because they prefer to force me to listen to instrumental music than talking the subject. I have already spent more than Rs. 100.00 on my telephone charges but not received the items so far.
