In June 2012 I had placed an online order for Vox Electronics Halogen Cooker, via the website www.Infibeam.com. The product was delivered the same month. But the product did not work as expected. I tried calling up the company but the numbers did not work. So i sent an email at the registered email Id. An individual by the name of Ankit Insha wrote back to me. But he was not very helpful. On July 29, 2012, I received a phone call, from the company, asking me to send back the product at the registered address, for replacement. This was done. On August 4, 2012, the product reached its destination at Delhi. But till today, I have not been given a replacement nor are my emails replied to.
