Non-Replacement of gear box inspite of warranty

Hi,

I have purchased Ford Figo Model 2011 at Mody Ford, Vide Invoice No. 73 Dated 22/4/2011, Hyderabad, Reg No. AP36AL2745. The company has promised me a warranty of 2 years for free replacement of any damaged part. During the regular serevices of the vehicle I have complained of gear box malfunction several times. But to my dismay they are not replacing the part inspite of the warranty. Kindly look into the issue and help us get the gear box replaced for my vehicle.
