On 26th July 2018 ,I booked my air ticket of Rs 5039/- from Hyderabad to Delhi via “HappyEasyGo”‘ travel & tour booking website but cancelled the same ticket on 27th Jul 2018 due to some problem. Since the cancellation was done by GoAir flight directly,I was liable to get Rs 1203/- by the invoice generated by the GoAir. Later I asked to HappyEasyGo for refund amount of my ticket but the customer executive told me to provide the refund after 15-20 working days. I kept asking them for refund several times but every time they make false excuses and promises to repay the amount.
I request you to take necessary actions against this inconsiderable issue and misbehavior against customer rights violation.
