NON REPAYMENT OF FD

Location/place: MUMBAI

Name of company/service: AVON CORPORATION

We had invested about Rs2,00,000/- last year with Avon corporation in my name, my husband’s and mother-in-law’s name. The FD matured in May 2012. We have surrendered the original receipts as requested by them. But so far there is no trace of that money. They had sent a letter in Aug stating that they will repay the money in 3 months time. But till date there is no response from them. Please let me know what action needs to be taken in this case..
