Non Repair of my nokia device

Name of company/service: Nokia India Pvt Ltd

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that i have submitted my device with Nokia service center in kolkata on 6th of June 2012 and till today i haven’t received my device when asking the customer care they say that the phone is in Delhi and when calling the Nokia center in Delhi they say that the phone is with service center.
I have already registered a complaint with Nokia India Pvt Ltd regarding this the complain number is 1/1270/953316 Dt.20.06.2012 but still no action has been taken by the Nokia India Pvt Ltd.

Please Take the matter as most urgent
