I have purchased a Nokia-C5-03 mobile phone (IMEI No.359056049977738) on 19.11.2011 for Rs.8999/- from Nokia Priority Dealer, M/s. Benarsilal Kishanlal & Co., Moonka Mansion, Main Road, Bistupur, Jamshedpur-831001, vide cash memo No.10824.The phone has developed problem with the touch screen since April-2012 and as per dealer it has been taken to the Nokia Service centre in Sakchi, Jamshedpur in April itself. They have updated the software but after 15 days same problem started and this Service centre told that the screen has to be replaced which they don’t have spare and can be taken up by 10th July, 2012. Again now they are telling that it can be taken up by 20th July, 2012. The result is that I am unable to use my phone since last 04 (four) months.More over the warranty is for 01 (one) year and already 08 (eight) months have passed by. Hence, you are requested to look into the matter.
