Non refunding of payment against cancellation of service

Complaint : I was urchased a flight ticket from Spice jet Airlenes from Kolkata to Ahmedabad on 2nd June 2012 the Flight no=SG525, Ticket PNR No-VBDBBL. The flight was cancelled from airlines end . However despite several cahssing till date amount has not beed refunded. The amount is Rs.11668. The airlines intimated they were refunded the money however they could not produce the bank transaction no.I need your assistance in this regard. Regards Sekhar Kundu
