In August 2011, I enrolled myself as a member in the Indian Health Organisation. Against the same I have made a payment of Rs. 4400/- on 24th Aug’2011 through my credit card. After making payments I got my kit after 20 days, but surprisingly the kit is not have the documents as said by there representative on phone. It’s contained 04 cards in place of 05; contain no full body check-up vouchers and other benefits as promised at the time of enrolment. I made a complaisant against the same on phone.
After 2-3 days I got call from your customer care that there is a mistake done by them in sending my full kit and for sending the same you need details of my Credit card with pin no. I denied giving the same. Next day again I got the call that they are not able to send me my pending kit with verify my details. They also told me that they were not using the same for anything else; the same was required just for the verification. In goodwill and seeking IHO as a reputed organisation; I given them the Details of Debit Card along with pin and surprisingly after 4-6 Hr. on somebody use my debit card in Bombay (For Rs. 2480/- ) without my knowledge.
I was registering my complainant against the same on 26th Sep’2011. After the same I got a call from IHO on 27th & 28th Sep’11. She confirmed me the amount was deducted at there end. I tell them to please cancel my membership and return my money back. At the time of enrolment IHO representative informs me that I can return the same at any time within a year (Without using the same). Request regarding the same was forwards through customer care ref no. “43043”. But surprising IHO customer care representative need a valid reason for return the same…? If a customer is not satisfied with organisation services, he wants it money back; what more they required as a valid reason.
After 2-3 mail and almost daily phone to IHO customer care; finally on 12th Oct’2011 they informed me that they return my money. I confirmation was given to on mail; also for the same they want the detail of my Credit/ Debit card for the same. I provide the same on 12th Oct’2011. A reversal on 2480/- was made to me on 07th Nov’2011; But the principal amount 4400/- was not refund to me.
When I ask for the refund of 4400/- they told me that the same will be done. After the same I have send a no. of reminders and continuously try to contact them but they neither reply on mail nor picking the phone.
In last 05 Months they give me no. of complaint no. I have called there customer care no. of time, mails were send but getting no response from company side.
I have a full documents set to present my case with emails regarding conformation for return of money from there side.
Please help me the matter.
