As Reliance Big TV was giving an offer, so I had booked 2 RBIG TV Connection (one for me & the other for my friend) on 15th June, 2018. Booking ID for the same are 14552222 & 14552218. As I came to know that the Setup box doesn’t support AV jack for old TVs, so I had asked them for doing the refund through email. No reply came for the mail sent to them. Then I commented on their facebook page for the same. This time they replied and asked me my contact details and also my mail id was taken by them as they told that an email will come to my id. Almost 5 days are over, no email has come. And now when I am commenting in their facebook page, reply also doesn’t come. Since the setup box doesn’t support AV jack for old TVs and also we don’t have a money to buy a new TV for installing the RBIG TV Connection I want my preorder paid money to be refund.
