i have ordered a sony cybershot DSC WX7 16MP digital camera on 31/03/2012 on timtara.com. i have paid rs. 8700/= for this product. they promised me to deliver the product within 7-10 days. on 06/05/2012, they informed me that the product is out of stock and they will refund my money. till date they have not returned my money and there customer care always says me to wait for 2-3 days. during all this period i have to call them around 40-50 times first for delay in delivery and thereafter for refund of money. i want refund of my money with interest and strong action should be taken against owner of this site. my order id is 10227870.
