Non-Refund of Due amount after availing MNP on my Idea mobile number to Airtel

I had changed my telecom operator from IDEA to AIRTEL on my Idea Postpaid number 9911544100 in August2012. In this process , i had paid extra amount of Rs.955 to Idea, which was due for refund. Through means of Idea Delhi Customer Care / Appellate Authority Delhi , I had requested (Reuest Reference Number #113773689) IDEA to send the due cheque to my office address and not my billing address, as I had changed my place of residence. But IDEA failed to do so despite multiple reminders to appellate authority and Corporate Customer Care also. They everytime send the cheque to the billing address where I was not available. This has been quite frustrating as it is over 3 months and I havent recieved the cheque yet.
