Non refund of Deposit.

Sir,

Due to frequent defects in the communication and instrument faults on 23.2.2012, 13.1.2012, 1.12.2011 and 28.10.2011 vide dockets No.15837907021, 61355866, 61198567 and 28.10.2011, I have surrendered my telephone instrument on 01.03.2012 along with the Deposit slip to the Greams Road Office for the phone No.28614638. My frequent contacts with the concerned offcials on several occasions over phone to know the status of my refund, have not attended and even my personal visit have also not yielded any result, except General Manager Office, who ultimately forwarded the messages to the concern officials, even for that official correspondences have also not been responded.

Hence, I request that my refund application may kindly be processed early along with interest for their fault and cheque in the name of Shamshath Begum may kindly be sent to me early.
