I have sent mails to IRCTC regarding non refund of my ticket charge even after filing TDR. The EDR has still not been approved by the competent authority.
Its been more than 8 months and i am still waiting for refund of my ticket charge. Although i have received mails from [email protected] assuring me that i will get my refund but its still showing not approved in the TDR history of my account at irctc.co.in
