Dear Sir/Madam,

I placed an order for Vanessa Enigma deodorant on medplusbeauty.com on 11/05/2012 order id 27066. The product which i received was damaged and not the one that i had ordered for. After repeated calls, mails they told me that they will refund the amount through cheque. They have no refunded my amount till date by any means, and i have made around 50-60 calls at their customer care and wrote a number of mails too. They never reply back on mails and whenever i give them a call they tell me that they will contact the concerned department and will let me know, but that never happens. I m feeling so cheated and have sweared by that i will never ever in my life suggest any one to buy from their website. Please help me in this matter.
