Respected sir,
I purchased a air ticket(Air Deccan)from M/s Chakraborty Travels, Club Road,silchar,Assam having ticket no-8122255 of amount Rs. 11,580.00 boarding at Guwahati to Delhi on dated-18/07/2008, but i cannot manage to catch the flight as the road was block due to land slide in Shillong.
When i reached Guwahati airport my flight has already departed for Delhi, then i went to Air Deccan counter then they gave me a refund letter of amount Rs. 4,630.00 after deducting Rs. 6,950.00. After a month i went back to Silchar then to the ticket agent M/s Chakraborty Travels, I was surprise to hear that they cannot pay me the refund amount then i went to guwahati air deccan office they told me that the money will be paid by the agent, this happened many time but i didn’t get my hard earned money back.
Now i want to request you kindly show me the way to get back my full amount with interest from the agent or from air deccan.
