NON RECIEPTANT OF application form through speed post

Name of company/service: department of post-P.O.-durgakona,silchar

sir, i have send my original document from post office durgakona(silchar) to D.P.O-KARAULI(RAJASTHAN) ON 21/9/2011 but untill now they have not recieved them.i have reciept of speed post.please do the needful action
