My name is Kumud Pahuja.i live in Sonepat, haryana. My mother was a customer of BSNL Landline services. On december 28, 2011 i cut-it off the services and closed down my landline connection. In this regard my mother is entitled to the Security amount which she paid when she took the connection. Though BSNL concerned Officers are agreeing to give my mother the amount as per the rules, but till now we hv not received anything and they are delaying it like anything. After each fortnight basis i reach the BSNL Office and they tell me to collect the cheque after 1 month and the day after 1 month has never come yet. Kindly provide me justice over it and help in collecting the security amount + penalty amount (if any, as per the Rules) + confirm upon disciplinary action over the telecom Company (BSNL).
