I have ordered Mobile (1 x Spice Mi-270 Mobile Phone) on 7th May, 2012 through the timtara.com site (www.timtara.com) by using debit card of ICICIBANK.Till date I am regularly following up with customer care through mails/calls but have not received the product yet. I have wasted money on calls as the customer care representatives route the calls keeping it on hold. We even asked for their senior persons contact details wherein we can lodge the complaint but haven’t received anything from them
Now I want the ordered product or immediate refund back with compensation for the cost of calls and mental torture.
I want to get this resolved at the earliest please
