Dear Sir,
I have taken an Health Insurance policy with ICICI Lombard during Dec 2010 vide policy no: 4034i/CHC/05799654/00/000. My Policy got expired on Jan 2012. Subsequently I had renewed my policy during Feb 2012 in which I have added my wife also.
I had issued a cheque towards my renewal premium on 27th Feb 2012. My amount got debited on 27.02.2012. However I have still not received my policy documents & receipt in hard copy.
I had called the concerned person many times reg this. However they told that the courier got undelivered since it is in a distant location. I wish to state that it is the insurance company’s responsibility to ensure the courier reaches the policy holder’s address whatever the distance be.
I had become tired of contacting the concerned person. There is very poor response from them. They have never called me even once & it is me who is keep calling them. I regret for taking a health insurance policy with them.
I request you to kindly take action on the concerned person & arrange to get my policy documents immediately.
