Dear sir,
I have receive renewal notification from policy [email protected] and I renewed my policy on 08th October 2012 and details I received by email is mentioned following. But till date I have not received my policy bond and my new renewed policy card. The agent of Sreerampore Branch (30702) never contact me and so that I did my renewal through online process. And when I made a contact through 018003453477 helpline then the customer care executive Mr. Sumit replied that the policy number which I got from online renewal is not correct.
Please reply me with correct solution.
