I have booked Penta T Pad IS 701Rwith a pre booking Ref No. PENT 0068838. as per the instruction from Pantel Technologies I have deposited Rs 3749/ at Panjab National Bank Andheri Mumbai Branch on 17.05.2012 Transaction ID – M 147947. Pantel confirmed the payment receipt through email as follows –
“Please note that we have received your payment deposited into our Punjab National Bank Account. Thank you for showing interest in our Penta T-Pad product range.
Mode Of Payment : Cash
Payment Date : 5/17/2012
Amount Recived : Rs. 3500
We are processing your order and your product will be dispatched very soon. You will receive an email from our side when the product is dispatched.
After dispatch (through M/s Gati) it takes 24-96 working hours for deliveries to happen (depending upon transit time).”
Further to their email dtd 2.06.2012 I have send the scan copy of my Bank. deposit challan. In their next emaildtd 5.06.2012 they mentioned that “your payment is on verification mode . after verification your product will delivered shortly. sorry for the inconvenience.” e mail dtd 10.06.2012 they repeated the same. reply to this through email dated 11.06.2012 I wrote that ” should get a proper reply from you. If you are going to drag the issue and delay my T Pad delivery and I am not getting a favourable reply from you with in 48 hours , I will be forcefull to approach concerned leagal authorities like consumer forum.” Till date. there is no reply from them. all the emails are through their Customer care team only. Since ther is no sign of delivery of the T Pad even after one month of my payment I rerquest consumer forum to intervene the matter for an immediate delivey of the T Pad.
