Non receipt of main balance on recharge

I,Vipul Agarwal,recharged my airtel no 9748552259 on 05/06/2012 with Rs 200/=…..Before recharging i went online and checked the recharge options available(the link to airtel site is https://pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnline…e.jsp)….here it is shown that on Rs200 recharge u get Rs 200 talktime….But on recharging online i did not get any talktime in my account…..when i contacted customer care i was told that u get 1000 min airtel to airtel local mins with 200 recharge….As i dont stay in kolkata these mins are of no use to me….I requested them to give me main talktime instead but they refused.I am facing a lot of difficulty because of no balance in my account as my no is in roaming and i cant recieve any calls.
