Name of company/service: Nokia
I placed online order for Nokia Asha305 mobile from Nokia Site on 02 Apr and payment of Rs 4227. They promised item will be delivered latest by 12 Apr. However, this has not happened and I registered a complaint by e-mail on 12 Apr. Since then there is no response.
The nokia care number (call center) have no answer for last seven days. They have my money also can’t make another purchase from store.
Kindly help and make these big promise companies realise not cheat customers.
