I had sent a courier to Mr Vipul Rastogi, M/s Brainspehere Infotech, 405, Aggarwal Chambers-IV, 27, Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Delhi – 110092, Mob- 9811039360 through courier sent on 11th July vide Docket no 111501850 booked by Mr Vipin from my office at Malviya Nagar.
The courier contained the Receipt of Purchase, Electronic Software Dongle and Cheque of Rs. 4000/- in favour of M/s Brainspehere Infotech for the upgradation of Software ISM V6- A Software for Multilanguage Support. I was assured next day delivery.
Till date the courier has not been received by Mr Vipul Rastogi, M/s Brainspehere Infotech. Failing which they have issued me a fresh quotation for new Software. (Copy Enclosed)
I would be greatful if you could make immediate arrangement for either delivery of my original Courier which you had booked or compensate me the damage incured for non receipt of courier.
