non receipt of courier

K57073781 document was booked on 24/07/2012 from Dankuni(kolkata).Containing Rakhi as written on envelope to be delivered in Delhi by 02/08/2012.
But till date the same has not been delivered.By paying Rs 60/- as courier charges the person not gets document in time.
I therefore request you to refund the courier charges immediately.
