My name is shankar suresh karle. I am a customer of Bank of Maharashtra, SSI Thane branch(0088). I had withdrawn Rs.10000/- from my saving account no.68006245917, ATM card no.4214090088042812 on 30.04.2012 at 13:28 from ATM of Punjab National bank, shivaji nagar, Thane. However, the cash was not received by me due to fault in ATM but the amount was deducted from my savings account.
I had approached to manager of Punjab national bank, Shivaji nagar, Thane, but he told me to approach Bank of maharashtra because i am customer of Bank of Maharashtra . I had lodged claim for Rs.10000/- in Bank of Maharashtra, SSI branch Thane. The matter was pending since a long time so i lodge reminder claim at Bank of Maharashtra, SSI branch Thane. but Bank of Maharashtra now informed me that PNB has rejected the claim saying that transaction was successful for the full amount of Rs.10000/- which is False statement according to me, because i did not received my money on the day of transaction.
Therefore, I am requesting you to look into the matter, re-verify this issue, check out the cash balance report of ATM of that day, if you think that i am telling lie then check out the CCTV footage of that day to confirm that whether i have received money or not, and solve my problem as fast as possible because i want money immediately for the payment of college fees.I am very much annoyed due to delay in resolve the problem. I am a middle class person and Rs.10000/- is very much important for me. Therefore its my painful request you to kindly resolve this matter from your side check the CCTV footage for reference and reply by email or call me on my mobile no.
