Non receipt of Camera Ordered Payment Made through Credit Card

This comlaint is regarding of not receiving the Kodak Camera ordered anf the payment made through Credit Card,the receipt of the payment was confirmed and the amount hasbeen debited to my account below is the copy of the complaint made, till now there is no response, hope it is not a fake transcation with an illustrious company like Living Media Co, the publisher of India Today

I am D H Laxman Rao from HUBLI Karnataka, I had orederd this camera on 08/10/2009, the payment was made through Credit Card
and its receipt was comfirmed. My order No is 110043738,at the time of ordering I was told that I would receive the product in a week’s time, bur it is past 15 days there no news about it, I have tried to complain this throuh your help line no 01140502424 on many occassions and the callcould not get connected to your Despatch Dept nor I could know the status of my order.
Hence with deep regret I wsh to inform that I have done a great mistake of ordering . I hope u will look into the matter and ensure that my order is excted immediately without giving further scope to take the matter with consumer fourm. Kindly inform /reply immediately.
