I have booked a samsumg galaxy mobile on 15th March 2012. After 2 months I did not get the mobile hence I requested for refund on 9th May 2012. Still I have not got my refund till date. Whenever I tried to contact timtara.com There is always one answer amount will be refunded within 10 days from today. I have lost all the hope of getting the money back as I think this is fraud case
