i had purchased one no Gyser static storage type in 2009 from authoriesd dealer of Crompton Greaves Limited (herein called as CGL). since purchase i am facing problem with this product. it starts leaking every season and this way it has always been a pain to me. recently again the same problem repeated as usual. I made a complaint to CGL customer care requesting to provide me a permanent solution of this repeatative problem. My problem was not solved rather upon enquiry it was informed that your complaint has been closed. as suggested by customer care executive i once again registered the same complaint but again the complaint was closed without any contact to me or any information. looking back to the case i find that the company has not taken any note of this quality related issue which is not only with me rater similar complaint from my other colleagues/ neighbors. I feel helpless now and seek your help to protect my rights.
