I am a retired Addl. Gen. manager of BEL, Bangalore. I was regularly getting my EPF pension through SBI Jalahalli S.B.A/C No.30757867752. But I did not get the due pension from Jan 2012 onwards. RO, Peenya,EPFO Ministry of Labour when contacted by e mail informed that they have not received the life certificate. But I had submitted my life certificate to the bank on 5/11/2011 itself. The Bank is acknowledging this fact and also sent me a copy of the life certificate they had forwarded to The Asst.PF Commissioner (Pension), EPFO Regional Office, S(1)F,I cross, 1st stage, Peenya, BANGALORE 560058. I have contacting the Bank and EPFO office several times. But nothing has happened towards restoration of pension. My Pension Payment Order no. is KN/PNY/13475. I am submitting this for your kind information and necessary action.
