Non opening of 3 in one account

Respected sir,

I had applied for opening of 3in 1 account with axis direct at you Boring road branch in Patna Bihar on 8/10/2011 with all the document, my application form no is I000145957 , but i am not getting information about the status of my account opening request, I had got the information from the branch that during the entry of my form the id was not generated, I had mailed to customer grievance center of axis direct but i got reply that you will be informed on the issue for within two days but i did’n get any proper information from them, I had resubmitted my document on 6/12/2011but still my account is not opened, sir if you people are unable to help me than kindly advice where should i complaint about thi matter.
