Non Installation to my new Airtel DTH connection-(Customer id- 3010626006)

Location/place: Raipur/Chhattisgarh

Name of company/service: Airtel Digital TV

18 days over from date of my booking through booking id – 103328 dated 1/07/12, neither my new DTH connection of customer I’d-3010626006 has been installed at my Raipur(Chhattisgarh) address nor my money(Rs. 1690/-) has been refunded by the most unethical company like Airtel which has been paid by me on 1st July,2012 inspite of several verbal & written complain given to Airtel. Kindly note that I have booked this connection through telebooking by calling to Airtel customer care(18001028080) and Mr. Santosh booked the connection and I have made the payment through transaction id-20399142 by ICICI bank credit card on 1st july,2012 but no confirmation regarding installation of new DTH connection of customer I’d-3010626006 after 18 days also. I have given written complain to customer care and as well as nodal office asking refund vide complain no – 20608558 but till date no refund has been processeed. I have made not less than 50 calls from my register mobile number – 9302596220(records should be available) to Airtel customer care and as well as nodal office and was pleading for installation or refund but no one bother to resolve my problem except false commitment by customer care executive like Mr. Manjesh/Atish at MP/CG nodal office again & again. I have spoken to Raipur representative Ms dipti/ Mr. Mukesh(9993760607) who has given false assurance regarding installation again & again without any result. I am just experiencing the height of harassment from Airtel in spite of giving verbal & written complain so many times. However request you to arrange refund of money Rs. 1690/- immediately as per my complain no- 20608558 without any further delay. I just want to ask from the management of Airtel that is this a standard practice of harassing customer who has made the mistake & fallen into the trap of booking new connection directly by telebooking and your customer care executive made all the false commitment to get the connection booked and start harassing the consumer as soon as the money received by the Airtel.
