Name of company/service: HDFC Bank
I wanted to withdraw some money from my debit card and so I inserted the card in the ATM machine. The machine went faulty any took my card. I called the customer care and the person (Kasim Abbas)says I can get my card only after 48 hours. I told him I do not have that much time on my hands, as I need to travel internationally tomorrow morning & I need my card today, so I need help, so he tells me he doesnt have to do anything about it. The person was very rude and the bank has left me in distress. In a situation like this the reaction that a customer would expect from his/her bank is not that they do not HAVE to do anything about it. KASIM ABBASS was not sympathetic or apologetic at all for whatever he said and did not do. This is not how a customer service personnel should be.
