Non-functioning of SIM card

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata DOCOMO

On April 29, 2012, I purchased a Tata Docomo sim card at Big Bazaar, Baner Road, Pune. The said sim card has not at all been functioning despite our spending Rs.50/- on this a/c. My e-mail id is [email protected].
