I purchased a Chira Walky phone set on 15/6/2011 for Rs 899 through their Agent Mr Raza ( ph 9773413529 )

The phone has not been activated since then, though the Agent had collected all necessary documents at the time of sale and thereafter.
The cheque for sale has been encashed promptly but there is no phone connection activation inspite of several representations to their Office at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.
They have promised to refund the money but there is no sign of the refund inspite of several personal visits to their Office.
Please take back the useless instrument lying with me and refund the money paid ( Rs 899 ) immediately.
