I have been a customer of Tata Indicom for the last several years.I purchase their prepaid broadband services. For a major part of last year the internet has not been working.Every time I make a prepayment to them for 3-6 months,unlimited usage,but the internet does not work for more than 2 days at a stretch. I feel cheated that I pay for 3-6 months usage and get to use for only 15 days and then they say the package has expired.Repated complaints have gone unheard and unattended.Today everything worksd via internet_my communications,banking,school work.There is loss of business,unpaid bills,unfinished homework,projects.Everyone in the family suffers!!!
