non fulfillment of extended warranty even after repeatedly complaining .

Location/place: mulund east, Mumbai, mahrashtra

Name of company/service: croma infinity showroom

two years and two months ago on 16/09/2010 i had purchased a Panasonic mixer from croma infinity showroom at mulund west with 2 years company warranty and 2 years extended warranty from croma infinity showroom mulund west. thw mixer was working well for two years but from last october 14 2012 the mixer stoped working. then i contacted the showroom and took the mixer twice first on 14/10/2012 and second 25/10/2012. but the mechanic of there is not even ready to open and see what the problem with the mixer is he just presses the mixers fall safe button and then when the jar of the mixer is empty it starts but when the jar is filled with coconut or any other masala it does not work. then on 05th November 2012 i write a written complaint to croma and told them to solve this problem or i will report a complaint with the consumer forum after that the very same day i received a call from the mulund west croma infinity showroom and the person on the other side of the call told me that he will send the mechanic to my house so that he repairs it in front of us but it has been 10 days now and nor the mechanic nor the croma showroom person have nor called nor asked nor responded about this . the mixer is in extended warranty period and i have all the bills\s and warranty card with me hence i request you to please help me out in this total non cooperation from the croma infinity showroom authority to resolve the problem.
