I booked a ticket for the movie Ek tha tiger on 16th august 2012.No regular booking was available so had to book via quick book method.Money was deducted from my online account and I was not provided with tickets which should have been mailed to me by now.I mailed them and I haven’t received any acknowledgement mails from their customer service.I call all day long to the given customer care call center and no one cares to pick up the phone.I demand to shut down shut such careless and non-customer friendly portal for retailing online movie tickets.
