Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
This is to inform you that I, Rahul Oberoi, having a saving account with Punjab National Bank – Hari Nagar Brach, New Delhi vide A/C No. 1527000109450835. I did a transaction from one of the ATM of PNB – District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 3rd August’12 of Rs. 10,000. After waiting for so long the machine has not disbursed the cash by showing the message “Timed Out”. Then I again tried for the same transaction. The machine again did not disbursed the cash by showing the same message. After some time I received two messages for both the transaction on my registered mobile no. stating that the amount of Rs. 10,000 each transaction has been deducted from my account. Whereas I haven’t receive any cash from the ATM machine. Then I registered a complaint in PNB customer care regarding the same. They told me that the money will be refunded in my A/C in next 7 days. But today I received a message from PNB Bank stating that my complaint for non receipt of cash from ATM is rejected as no excess cash found in ATM.
This is not the first time that I am facing the problem with PNB. Earlier also there was a payment transferred in my account. And I did not received the same in my account. Then I registered a complaint in their customer care. Sent so many mails to them. Then after 3 months the amount was credited in my A/C.
You are kindly requested to look into this case. As its a huge amount for me. Please help me out to get my money back as soon as possible.
