I have been fooled by the co in paying the full amount for the product and have not recd the product despite repeated phone calls & emails. every time I send a mail I get a reply that the product would be shipped within the next 15 to 20 days. I had paid them by cheque dated 28th March which was creditted to their A/C on 16th April. I called up on the 16th of July and was told that I will get it after 15 to 20 days.
