i had booked a device with DATAWIND several months ago and i had made an Pre-Payment for the tablet to be delivered to me under booking order PME15C5.
The payment for the same was debited from my account on the 19th March 2012. it was promised by DATAWIND that the tablet would be delivered within 4 weeks from the date of payment.
It marks almost 6 months now and still i have not received my Tab.
when i try to contact them, the phone is dis connected abruptly withour giving any positive response.
every time i call, i am being informed that the Tab will be delivered in 20 days. but i don’t belive the 20 days would ever come.
appreciate if the forum can do something to get my complaint resolve.
