Non delivery of the product even after making payment

sir, i received a mail (as per my request for penta tablet ) from pantel technologies ltd, stating that my product (penta 701r tablet)is ready for delivery. So as per the instructions on e-mail, i paid the money on 22nd may and received payment confirmation mail on 26th may 2012. In the mail they promised to deliver the product, after receiving the payment confirmation mail within 96 hours ( not working hours). So as per their promise on email i should have received the product on or before 30th may.. but I’ve not yet received the product, not even the dispatch details…
Please help me.. as i sent them several e-mails regarding this problem, but i have not yet received any response from their side.
