I Purchase A Roti Maker from Indiatimes.com on 03/05/2012, but I received a damaged delivery so I resend the product back and I am still awaiting the product till date. They have sent me email twice about the reshipment of the product along with courier details and AWB number but they were fake as later on I found that they have not yet sent the product. Every time a false commitment is made to me . please help.
